Reebok EverTone
07 March 2010
Reebok recently launched a new range called EverTone. They have small stability baklls built into the forefoot and heel which causes the muscles in the legs to adapt to the instability. This results in "28% more gluteus maximus muscle activation, and 11% more calf and hamstring activation."
The science behind these new trainers is sound and I've already got a pair myself. You can definitely feel the effects after even a short run as the legs feel tighter than usual. Anything that adds to a good workout has to be good - so get involved!
