Size Guide
Although our ladies sportswear comes from a variety of sources we've brought together the most up to date listing and put it here. Don't forget though - if you find a product isn't the right size you can always return it for an exchange!
Measurements
Bust - measure around the fullest part of your bust with the tape measure to run under the arms and across your shoulder blades - keeping tape measure level.
Waist - your natural waistline is the narrowest part which is often just above the belly button.
Hips - your hips are roughly 20 cm (7.8") down from your waist. Measure around the fullest part of your bottom.
Leg Lengths - measure from the crotch to where the trousers are normally worn at the shoe.
Body lengths - always measure from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the hem of the garment.
